Linda cheerfully shopped in our clothing bank this last week. She found wonderful clothes for work, toys and books for her son and a new dish set.
We know this woman well. When she registered in January, there was much sadness in her eyes and heaviness upon her shoulders. However, this month she got a job – a full-time job!
She’s slowly getting back on her feet and regaining her confidence. “You’ve given me more than clothes. You’ve given me a safe place to come where I feel supported. I feel like everything will be okay,” Linda said.
